Booking an Appointment Online

Thank you for your interest in scheduling an appointment at Eviama Life Spa! Before you get started, we'd like to share a few things with you:

1. Requesting an appointment   Please understand that our online scheduler allows you to request an appointment at a time and date of your choosing. A requested appointment should only be considered scheduled once you have received confirmation from us.
2. Appointment confirmation   We will either email you or call you to confirm your appointment. If you have not received any confirmation from us, please consider the appointment not yet scheduled. Please feel free to contact us if you have not heard from us within 24 hours of requesting.
3. Appointment cancellation   Standard cancellation policies apply. For Monday through Thursday appointments, we require a miniumum of 24 hours advance notice; for Friday through Sunday appointments, we require a minimum of 48 hours advance notice. Failure to comply with our cancellation policy will result in a cancellation fee.
