APPOINTMENTS
We want to remind you that we do not practice medicine at Eviama, and that no treatment we offer replaces traditional medical care. Always consult your physician with health concerns. SCHEDULED VISITSOur business is about service – at an arranged time and place. We reserve staff and space as needed in order to provide you with the highest level of personal attention. We ask for 24 hours notice to change all Monday through Thursday appointments. When we do not receive adequate notice for changes to reservations scheduled before 4:00 pm Monday through Thursday, clients will be billed 50%. No shows and late cancellations for appointments scheduled 4:00 pm or later will be billed 75%. For changes to Friday-Saturday-Sunday appointments, we require 48 hours notice. No shows and late cancellations will be charged 75%. No shows and late cancellations for group or multiple services anytime will be billed 75%. Gift certificates applied to late cancellation reservations will be reduced in value accordingly. This policy helps us service all clients and reduce our waiting list. Please understand this is a necessary to protect the livelihood of our staff and the health of our business. We will be glad to speak with you personally if you have any questions. PAYMENTS and GRATUITIESAccepted forms of payment are cash, check (with valid ID), Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Not included in the price of our services, gratuities are appropriate and graciously accepted in cash or check only. RETURNS and REFUNDSGift Certificates are not returnable nor are they refundable in part or whole. We advise the early and timely use of all gift certificates as they do devalue over time. Beyond the date noted on your gift certificate, our policy is to reduce the original value by ten percent each month. When scheduling an appointment to redeem a gift certificate, please plan in advance if you require an evening or weekend appointment, as these times fill first. We ask that you be aware of our firm cancellation policy so you give us the required notice to change or cancel when the occasion arises. If you do not, you forfeit the fee for late cancellation or no show. Our recommendation: Do not delay joy! Honor the gift, the giver and yourself, and schedule your service appointments within sixty days. Dr.Hauschka SkinCare products are returnable should you find your skin is sensitive or reactive. We will gladly exchange, credit or refund the value of your purchase of Dr.Hauschka SkinCare. Purchases from our boutique are returnable but will be exchanged for other boutique items only within 30 days of purchase. There are no refunds on these items. SPECIAL OCCASIONS, CLASSES and EVENTSOur studio, along with spacious treatment cabins, comfy lounging areas, sauna and luxurious boutique can accommodate private parties, bridal showers, team building or any occasion to celebrate, bond, manifest or grow. We will design a day of beauty, relaxation and spiritual retreat based on your wishes and budget. We offer regular yoga classes, workshops and other special events in our beautiful Bamboo studio. GIFTSGift Certificates are available by service, package or dollar amount and do not include gratuities unless by specific request of the purchaser. Our boutique is abundantly stocked with fair trade treasures for personal and home adornment. It will be our pleasure to wrap your selections beautifully. We can also create personalized gift baskets for celebrants of all persuasions. Please be mindful...Cell phones and pagers are forever with us, but in consideration of all our guests, we ask that you abstain during your time with us. We recognize that sometimes personal and professional commitments make access necessary. |
